In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to provide effective, actionable feedback that builds confidence and accountability. We’ll cover documentation strategies that protect your agency and support fair, consistent evaluations. Through real 911 training examples and group discussion, you’ll leave ready to give feedback that sticks and documentation that speaks for itself.
