Halcyon Frank, ENP, APTD

Under the Headset with Halcyon

Halcyon Frank is the founder of Under the Headset with Halcyon/Halcyon Consulting Services LLC helping emergency communications centers through training and consulting leveraging over nine years of dedicated service in emergency communications and public safety.
Halcyon remains actively involved in frontline emergency response, still dispatching from time to time in Eastern Nebraska. She is a certified Emergency Number Professional by the National Emergency Number Association. She holds a degree in Training and Development, along with being a certified Associate Professional for Talent Development by the Association
for Talent Development, underscoring her commitment to excellence in public safety training.

Kris Inman, MA

The Healthy Dispatcher

Kris Inman is the Director of Program Development for The Healthy Dispatcher. Kris joined THD in July of 2023 after wrapping up a 28-year career with Springfield-Greene County (Missouri) 9-1-1, serving the last three years as the first internally promoted director in the
department's history. He had previously served as the Training & Education Manager since 2012, working his way up from dispatcher, trainer and supervisor. Kris also serves as an adjunct university instructor, teaching courses in public safety leadership, public speaking and communication at both Drury University and at Missouri State University, where he received a university teaching award in 2022. Kris holds an MA in Communication and a BS in Electronic Media from Missouri State University. He is also a registered yoga instructor.
